Summary:The primary goal of the Senior SAP S2P Architect role is to enhance the procurement processes within the organization by leveraging expertise in SAP S2P, specifically integrating knowledge of Ivalua and SAP Ariba to optimize sourcing and procurement strategies. Responsibilities: Optimize and configure SAP S2C and procurement processes using S2P architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in procurement. Support the integration of SAP Ariba and Ivalua within existing systems. Conduct process reviews and propose innovative solutions for continuous improvement. Provide guidance on SAP MM, SRM, and S/4 processes related to procurement. Must Haves: Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP S2P architecture and configuration. Strong knowledge of Ivalua and SAP Ariba integration processes. Experience with SAP S2C or MM processes related to procurement. Fluency in written and spoken English. Ability to understand and work with SAP S4/HANA components, CIG, and Cloud Integration. Nice to Haves: Experience with VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) processes. Previous experience in international procurement operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Reason (Must Have): 3 years of experience in SAP S2P: Essential for leading the S2P strategy and ensuring that complex interactions between Ivalua and Ariba are effectively managed. Strong knowledge of Ivalua and SAP Ariba: Necessary to configure and optimize procurement processes that align with business needs. Fluency in English: Critical for clear communication within this dynamic, international setting. Reason (Nice to Have): Experience with VIM: Adds value by enhancing supplier engagement and the efficiency of invoice processing. International procurement experience: Provides insights into global best practices and standards, enriching the team's strategy.
