We are looking for Technical support Technician (Helpdesk) Responsibilities: Provide In person / Face to face, IT support in a large-scale end-user environment. Remote Support & In person/On desk/field support. Work by procedures and tickets. Warehouse, stocks control, logistics & Back-office tasks. Requirements: Hardware and Software. Networking and security. Problem solvind and critical thinking. Microsoft tech savvy. Main Techonologies: MS Windows, M365, Printers, Audiovisual equipments(cisco), iphone & Mac, Smartpass, Active Directory, Network protocols. Strong analytical skills with a creative and flexible approach to problem solving. Capacity to work effectively in a team. Delivery-focused with keen attention to detail. Professional and precise communication skills. Communication Customer oriented Conscientiousness Teamwork Multitasking Ability Fluency in English is mandatory.
