We operate with a small, agile team and work with international suppliers, serving customers in more than 30 countries. About the role We are looking for a dynamic and internationally minded professional who wants to grow with a small but fast-scaling company . This is a hands-on role in a startup environment, ideal for someone who enjoys building, improving and scaling processes , taking ownership and having direct impact on business performance . You will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in structuring and optimizing purchasing and logistics operations as the company grows. Key responsibilities Manage and optimize international purchasing and logistics (import/export) Follow up purchase orders from suppliers to final customer delivery Work with international suppliers (Asia experience valued) Improve costs, lead times and logistics efficiency Coordinate shipments and warehouse push Handle logistics incidents and implement preventive processes Collaborate closely with customer service and sales Manage one purchasing/logistics assistant Report directly to the CEO Who we’re looking for At least 5 years of experience in international purchasing & logistics Strong understanding of import/export and international transport Hands-on, proactive and execution-driven mindset Comfortable working in a startup / scale-up environment Ambitious profile looking to grow professionally as the company scales Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus Why join us Real responsibility and ownership from day one Direct exposure to decision-making Small team (5 people), fast execution, no bureaucracy Opportunity to evolve into a Head of Operations / Supply Chain role International environment with growth potential
