We are currently looking for aCI Data & Digital Analyst (M/F)for a leading company in the Porto area, to accelerate our client global CI strategy through business intelligence, automation, and process analytics. You'll turn data into insight, automate reporting, and help shape smarter, more efficient operations across our multinational network. Responsabilidades: Build and maintain BI dashboards and data visualizations to monitor performance and KPIs; Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support automation initiatives; Contribute to automation and digitalization projects within the CI function; Collaborate with CI Program Coordinator and IT teams to ensure data consistency and quality; Track project progress and report results to the responsible of the area; Help prepare and present data-driven insights and recommendations to leaders across regions. Requisitos: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master's a plus); Proven experience in business intelligence, automation, or process analytics; Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools; SQL or Python a plus; Knowledge Lean / Six Sigma or continuous improvement methods; Strong analytical mindset, communication, and problem-solving skills; Fluent English; additional languages a plus; Travel Required: Occasionally (to hubs & facilities).
