All applications with skills for the position are welcome We are looking for an Amazing: BUSINESS ANALYST Seniority: Minimum 4-5 years Type of position: Hybrid (in Porto, Portugal) The amazing you, will have: At least 4 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation projects. Solid experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (functional & non-functional). Skilled at bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating needs into actionable specifications. Familiarity with user stories , use cases , process flows , and acceptance criteria . Working knowledge of business analysis techniques and frameworks (e.g., BPMN , UML ). Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA , Confluence , or Azure Dev Ops . Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Fluent English (spoken and written) – for direct communication with international stakeholders. Background in international projects or regulated sectors (finance, insurance, healthcare). Certifications like CBAP , PMI-PBA , IREB , or Scrum Product Owner . Exposure to BI or Data Analytics environments .
