Join a Global Technology Leader Driving Digital Transformation We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer (M/F) to join an international technology programme delivering innovative solutions used daily by millions of users worldwide. You will be part of a multicultural environment focused on building and maintaining large-scale, business-critical platforms, working alongside highly skilled engineering, product, and operations teams. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects involving automation, cloud technologies, digital transformation, and complex distributed systems, while playing a key role in ensuring product quality, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test strategies Create, maintain, and improve test automation frameworks Perform functional, integration, regression, API, and performance testing Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines and quality engineering practices Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in complex environments Promote continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards Contribute to knowledge sharing and mentor less experienced team members Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Test Engineering Strong experience in both manual and automated testing Hands-on experience with automation and testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar Experience designing and maintaining test automation frameworks Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within international teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Interest in professional growth and future leadership opportunities Availability to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon Availability for occasional international travel
