Its time to burst the bubble, and we will do it together What You'll do: Lead and oversee OutSystems development teams, ensuring high-quality technical delivery; Define and implement technical architecture and best practices across projects; Act as the main technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; Mentor and guide developers, promoting skill growth and adherence to standards; Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure timely and value-driven delivery; Participate in project planning, estimation, and technical decision-making processes; Ensure the alignment between business goals and technical execution; Remote Work Model. What You Are: 5+ years of experience as an OutSystems Tech Lead, managing development teams and complex projects; Strong understanding of OutSystems architecture, design patterns, and platform capabilities; Experience in Agile environments and collaborative delivery models; Preferably holds one or more OutSystems certifications, such as: Associate Reactive Developer; Professional Web Developer; Professional Architecture Specialist; Associate Tech Lead.
