As a “Finance Trainee (m/f) English Speaker” at ALEBS, during 9-12 months you will drive operational excellence across our core pillars: Record‑to‑Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), Treasury Operations, Intercompany (Interco) Coordination and Accounts Payable (AP). You will execute core accounting and cash management workflows, ensure journal accuracy and balance sheet integrity, and deliver a continuous improvement initiative to streamline a financial close or reconciliation routine. Key Learning Objectives:
R2R & Month-End Close: End-to-end execution of recurring journal entries, balance sheet
