Your role: As anM&A Senior Analyst, you'll play a key role in transaction execution and client engagement. You'll actively participate in financial modeling and valuation workstreams, oversee the preparation of client deliverables, and coordinate junior team members. You'll engage directly with clients, due diligence processes, and strategic discussions, gaining first-hand exposure to complex cross-border transactions. You'll be an excellent fit if: You hold aMaster's degreein Economics, Finance, or Management You havemore than 2 years of professional experiencein M&A, Corporate Finance, or Consulting You arefluent in Portuguese and English, and preferably based in or willing to relocate to Cascais You havestrong financial modelling and analytical skillswith attention to detail You arecommercially minded, organized, and able to manage multiple workstreams independently You have excellentcommunication and leadership skills, with a collaborative attitude What we offer: A chance to take ownership of key parts of the deal process within a supportive and entrepreneurial environment.
