Be our NEXT TECHNICAL SUPPORT : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.G., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Engineering) or a related field; Technical courses in CAD and 3D tools (e.G., CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, AVEVA) are an advantage; Previous experience in application support / N2 roles; Advanced English ( mandatory ) and French (highly preferable). Key Responsibilities: Analyze and handle incidents and service requests escalated from the N1 team. Ensure compliance with defined SLAs (quality and response times). Identify situations requiring intervention from other teams (N3, business teams) and ensure proper follow-up. Participate in root cause analysis of recurring incidents and implement preventive measures. Contribute to maintaining applications in operational condition. Update, reclassify, alert, and escalate tickets as necessary. Share knowledge and contribute to knowledge bases/documentation.
