We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Porto Portugal As an Online Consultant you will be responsible for providing excellent online support to our clients and helping them navigate our products and services This is a full-time job without accommodation but we offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with free visa and ticket
Responsibilities -- Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries through email live chat or social media
- Identify and assess clients needs to achieve satisfaction and provide appropriate solutions
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge promotions and policies
- Proven work experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English additional language skills are a plus
- Familiarity with online communication tools such as email live chat or social media platforms
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communication or relevant field preferred
