You'll make an impact by Develop integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals for the Electrification and Automation portfolio and target industries. Transform business challenges into innovative marketing solutions across diverse channels, including webinars, videos, and digital ads. Focus campaigns on key sectors like power utilities, data centers, and manufacturing, leveraging market insights and competitor analysis. Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools and key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding throughout all campaigns. Stay informed about emerging marketing trends and technologies within the industrial sector. This is how you'll win us over Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering. Experience & Skills Several years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the industrial or technology sector. Experience in power systems, grid automation and protection and/or industry know-how in Power Utilities, Semiconductor, Battery Manufacturing, Data Centers, Automotive, and Chemical industries is critical to balance the campaign. Extensive sales experience with global clients to create impactful campaigns, supported by a robust portfolio of self-created content and media productions. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, automation tools, and proficiency in SEO, SEM, and paid social media advertising. Excellent ability to interpret data with analytical skills that transform insights into actionable strategies, leveraging marketing analytics tools and CRM systems. Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously, with adaptability to learn new technologies. Experience in AI for research and production, focusing on automation and scalability. Highly effective communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business solutions.
