As a Financial and Cost Accountant, you will support the accounting and financial control activities of the Group, ensuring accurate records, reliable reporting and compliance with internal procedures. You will work closely with operations to analyse inventory, production costs and variances, contributing to timely month end closing, financial analysis and continuous process improvement in an industrial environment. Client Details Our client is an industrial group with a long track record in the agro food sector. The company operates production, storage and distribution activities and serves both professional and consumer markets. It is currently investing in new capabilities and strengthening its organisation to support continued growth and optimisation across the business. Description Integrate in the accounting and tax activities of the Group companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Post and validate accounting entries originating from operational and application modules. Execute monthly closing routines and internal control procedures. Reconcile accounts and follow up differences, ensuring timely resolution. Prepare official statistical reports (INE and BdP). Develop financial and management analyses to support decision making. Support management control activities, including budgets, forecasts and KPIs. Participate in annual statutory closing and audit processes across the Group companies. Profile Degree or Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, Management or a related field. Certified Accountant, registered within the O.C.C. - strongly preferred. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Good knowledge of cost accounting and asset accounting in a manufacturing environment, including inventory, production costs and fixed assets - strongly preferred. Proficient in MS Office tools, particularly Excel (e.g. pivot tables). Experience with Primavera ERP - preferred. Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset. Good communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and team spirit. Autonomy, flexibility and a proactive attitude. Fluency in English (advanced/fluent). Spanish is a plus.
