About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and results-drivenRetail Managerto oversee the daily operations ofthree retail stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and leading store teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.This role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple locations efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the performance ofthree retail storesDrivesales growthand achieveKPIsand revenue targetsEnsure excellent customer service standards across all locationsRecruit, train, coach, and motivate store managers and teams.Monitor stock levels, visual merchandising, and store presentationAnalyze sales reports and implement action plans to improve performanceEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standardsManage schedules, budgets, and operational costsAct as a key link between head office and store teamsRequirementsProven experience as aRetail Manager ,Area Manager , or similar multi-store role minimum experience 5 years.Strong leadership and people management skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesResults-oriented mindset with strong analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and locationsFluent in Portugues and English (additional languages are a plus)
