Job Description As a Sales and Advisory Manager at Devoteam, you will be a pivotal force in driving our commercial success, leveraging your strong business consulting acumen and deep IT market knowledge to identify, secure, and grow strategic client partnerships within the IT consultancy space, with a preference for experience in the Financial Services industry. You will be responsible for exceeding ambitious sales targets by expertly navigating complex sales cycles, articulating compelling digital transformation solutions (across Cloud, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, etc.) to C-level executives, and fostering long-term relationships that expand Devoteam's footprint and revenue in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Key Responsibilities This pivotal role is for who can blend deep market insight with a relentless drive to cultivate impactful client relationships and secure significant revenue. You will be instrumental in: Achieving & Exceeding Sales Targets: Take full ownership of your sales quota, developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to identify, qualify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within your assigned market or accounts. New Business Acquisition: Actively prospect and engage with potential clients, building a robust sales pipeline. You'll be the primary driver in winning new logos and introducing Devoteam's capabilities to untapped markets. Solution Selling & Value Articulation: Master the art of consultative selling. You'll deeply understand client business challenges, map them to Devoteam's specialized IT solutions, and articulate compelling value propositions that resonate at the C-level. Strategic
