Are you a native-level Spanish speaker looking for an exciting career opportunity in Portugal? Join an international team in Lisbon and work with a major BPO client, delivering excellent customer service and support to Italian-speaking customers. Provide professional and friendly customer support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat. Assist customers with questions, requests, and troubleshooting. Identify customer needs and provide accurate, effective solutions. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Follow company procedures and client guidelines. Work collaboratively with an international team to achieve performance targets. Requirements
Native-level Spanish (mandatory). B2 level of English . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A customer-oriented attitude and a willingness to help others. Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal, if currently living abroad. What We Offer
