- Instalar, configurar e otimizar sistemas de software e hardware;
- Monitorizar o desempenho dos sistemas e redes para garantir a disponibilidade e a eficiência;
- Resolver incidentes e problemas técnicos relacionados com servidores, sistemas operativos e redes;
- Realizar backups e recuperações de dados de forma regular;
- Configurar e administrar ferramentas de monitorização para garantir o bom funcionamento dos sistemas;
- Colaborar com outras equipas para garantir a integração adequada dos sistemas e aplicações;
- Documentar procedimentos e políticas de manutenção e segurança.
- Experiência comprovada como Administrador de Sistemas ou em função similar;
- Experiência com Office 365, Microsoft Azure, SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) e Intune;
- Experiência com ferramentas de monitorização de sistemas (por exemplo, Nagios, Zabbix, PRTG);
- Experiência em Cloud como Microsoft Azure ou AWS será valorizada;
- Conhecimento sólido de sistemas operativos (Windows Server, Linux) e ferramentas de administração de redes;
- Capacidade de otimizar a arquitetura de sistemas de forma a garantir eficiência e escalabilidade;
- Capacidade de diagnosticar e resolver problemas de forma eficiente;
- Fortes habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de trabalhar em equipa;
- Certificações relevantes, como MCSA, MCSE, ou equivalente, são uma mais-valia.
