The role - Solution Integrator
Responsibilities
As a Solution Integrator, you will play a crucial role in helping to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end technology solutions for our clients. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Design, implement, and manage system integrations to ensure seamless communication across applications, platforms, and infrastructure
- Collaborate with clients and teams to understand business requirements and identify integration needs
- Develop and document system architecture, including integration points, interfaces, and data flows
- Plan and design technical tests; correct errors and re-test to achieve an error-free result
- Provide technical support and client training on integrated solutions
- Ensure solutions meet quality, security, and compliance standards.
- You have completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in system integration and/or software development
- Proficiency in integration technologies (e.g., APIs, web services, middleware) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Experience with ERP, CRM, and BI systems
- Knowledge of programming languages (.Net, Java, Python, JavaScript)
- Certifications in integration technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, AWS) are an advantage
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
