Para reforçar a equipa de Qualidade da sua fábrica em Vila Nova de Gaia, procuramos umEngenheira/o de Qualidadecom experiência consolidada em contexto industrial. Principais ResponsabilidadesReportando ao Quality Manager, o Engenheiro de Qualidade terá como principais responsabilidades: Monitorizar e assegurar a conformidade dos processos produtivos e dos produtos finais. Implementar e melhorar sistemas de gestão da qualidade em alinhamento com normas internacionais. Analisar não conformidades, liderar ações corretivas e acompanhar planos de melhoria contínua. Assegurar a relação técnica com clientes e fornecedores, garantindo requisitos de qualidade. Colaborar com equipas multifuncionais (produção, manutenção, I&D, logística) para otimização de processos. Participar em auditorias internas e externas, promovendo a cultura de qualidade na organização. Perfil do Candidato Formação superior em Engenharia (Mecânica, Industrial, Materiais, Química ou similar). Entre 3 e 8 anos de experiência em funções de Qualidade em ambiente industrial (obrigatório). Domínio de ferramentas e metodologias de qualidade (8D, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, RCA, etc.). Excelentes conhecimentos de inglês, falado e escrito. Capacidade de análise, visão crítica e forte orientação para resolução de problemas. Boa capacidade de comunicação e gosto por trabalhar em equipas multidisciplinares. Autonomia, sentido de responsabilidade e vontade de evoluir num ambiente multinacional exigente.
