Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant or Business Analyst. Deep functional expertise in at least two core SAP IS-U modules (e.g., Billing/Invoicing, FICA, Device Management, Customer Service). Proven experience working in an IT service delivery or operations environment (maintenance/run), managing incidents, problem management, and small changes. Solid experience in creating functional specifications, test scripts, and managing UAT. Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, ITIL principles, or similar service management frameworks is a plus. Key Competencies: Functional Expertise: Mastery of SAP IS-U configuration and business process flow for the utility industry. Analytical Thinking: Ability to quickly analyze complex functional issues, trace them through the SAP system, and determine the precise root cause and configuration fix. Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business needs, functional requirements, and technical reality. Attention to Detail: Meticulous in documenting requirements, configuration steps, and test results to ensure system stability and compliance. Process Improvement: Proactive mindset to identify, propose, and implement system fixes that permanently resolve recurring business pain points. HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?
