You will be responsible to:In this position, you will apply and further develop quality control techniques to ensure that raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products meet the highest quality standards. You will also provide essential analytical services to our clients, always in compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all Quality Control activities, ensuring they align with quality assurance standards, internal procedures, client specifications, contractual requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Review analytical data and documentation (including HPLC, GC, and other techniques) ensuring accuracy, integrity, and GMP compliance. Support the investigation and assessment of deviations, incidents, and CAPAs. Verify the correct execution of methods, records, and laboratory procedures. Ensure all documentation meets internal and GLP requirements. Contribute to internal and external audits when required. Ensure effective communication with analysts and other stakeholders. Promote good laboratory practices and a strong quality culture. Properly use laboratory systems (e.g., Empower, LIMS) and ensure record accuracy. Collaborate on the continuous improvement of QC processes and procedures. Support the onboarding of new team members when needed. We are looking to recruit a Candidate:University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field (mandatory). Experience in a QC laboratory environment (mandatory). Proven experience in technical review of analytical data and documentation (mandatory). Strong knowledge of HPLC and GC; familiarity with Empower software is a plus. Understanding of GMP and ICH Q2/Q7 guidelines is an advantage. High attention to detail, accuracy, and critical analysis.
