Urgent hiring Location:Porto, Portugal (On-site, 100%) Contract Type:Full-time Start Date:4 December 2025 Languages Required:Italian (native/advanced), English (B2) Role OverviewWe are seeking anItalian-speaking Content Moderatorto join our team in Porto. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resilient, and capable of working in fast-paced environments. You will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and moderating user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform policies and community guidelines. This role requires excellent judgement, emotional maturity, and strong cultural awareness of the Italian market. Key Responsibilities Review reported content (text, image, video, audio) to ensure compliance with platform policies. Identify and remove content that violates safety standards, including harmful, abusive, misleading, or illegal material. Evaluate trends, escalating critical or ambiguous cases when necessary. Maintain a high level of accuracy and performance against quality KPIs. Work with cross-functional teams to improve internal policies and user experience. Protect user safety by ensuring rapid and correct decision-making. EssentialRequirements Native/advanced Italian speaker. Good command of English (for training and communication). High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking. Emotional resilience and ability to work with sensitive content. Already based in Porto or nearby areas. Availability to work 24/7 rotational shifts. Preferred Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, trust & safety, or related fields. Understanding of Italian culture, social media trends, and digital environments. Ability to follow strict guidelines and achieve personal performance goals. Work Schedule24/7 Rotative Shifts (Fully On-site): 07:00 – 16:00 14:00 – 23:00 22:30 – 07:30 Two days off per week, rotating. Allowances Competitive salary Meal Allowance: 7.63€ net per working day Shared accommodation: Provided
