We have a team of low-code experts with a passion for innovation, technology and excellence — and we're looking for a Low-Code Team Leader to guide and grow our ranks If you're an experienced low-code developer ready to take the next step into leadership, or a tech lead who's passionate about mentoring and scaling low-code teams, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Be Energised: Connect with and mentor a team of ambitious low-code developers, fostering collaboration and growth Be Practical: You know how to turn ideas into systems — from design to development and delivery of scalable and complex solutions Be a Storyteller: Communicate and partner with business analysts, architects, and clients to translate a vision into impactful solutions Be an Owner: Take responsibility, find solutions, and keep moving forward Qualifications *Education & Experience* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (or equivalent practical experience) 3+ years of hands-on experience with low-code platforms Fluent in English Previous experience in a leadership, mentoring, or project lead role *Technical Skills* Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g. SQL) & data integration (e.g. APIs, ETL processes) Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices Java or other programming background is a plus In the end it's all about: You can make decisions, drive people and deliver You're able to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies You're curious and able to ask the right questions You have a strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail as much as focus on delivering value At aliow, we value leaders who empower others.
