We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Mid-Senior Red Hat Engineer to join our Infrastructure team. This role requires proven expertise in large-scale Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration, focusing on automation and DevOps principles. The professional will be a key contributor, actively designing, implementing, and optimizing critical RHEL infrastructure and automation frameworks. Job Description Install, configure, and maintain large-scale Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments, ensuring high availability and performance. Lead infrastructure automation and configuration management using the Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform. Develop and optimize advanced Shell (Bash) and Python scripts for automating administrative routines, patching, and deployments. Lead complex incident resolution (Level 3) and conduct in-depth Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in mission-critical RHEL production environments. Proactively monitor system health and optimize performance using Elasticsearch (ELK Stack) and Grafana. Actively apply DevOps best practices (e.g., Infrastructure as Code) to enhance system resilience and continuous delivery. Implement and enforce RHEL security policies, including SELinux, firewalling, and identity management. Contribute to monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions with a focus on optimizing Linux environments. Qualifications Proven experience in Linux System Administration, with a strong focus on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL). Proficiency in Automation and Configuration Management tools, specifically Ansible. Strong command of scripting with Shell (Bash) and Python for administrative tasks and automation. Experience with the ELK Stack and Grafana for monitoring and log analysis. Solid knowledge of DevOps principles and hybrid cloud environments. Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as KVM or VMWare. Advanced capability in troubleshooting and resolving complex system and network issues. Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification is a plus.
