Responsibilities: Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring optimal performance, stability, and security. Manage, configure, and support Microsoft Exchange servers, including maintenance and troubleshooting. Oversee and administer Active Directory services, including user, group, Group Policy, and access management. Implement and manage system updates, patches, and backup processes to ensure data integrity and system reliability. Monitor system performance, proactively identify issues, and act to minimise downtime. Collaborate with the IT team to define and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and end users when required. Document system configurations, processes, and technical procedures for knowledge sharing and compliance. You must have: Over 6 years of experience as a Windows Systems Administrator or in a similar role. 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory. Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and related administration tools. Experience with virtualisation technologies such as VMware and/or Hyper-V (nice to have). Solid PowerShell skills for system administration and automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure. Clear and effective communication skills, able to interact with both technical and non-technical profiles.
