We are seeking a talented and passionate Assistant Spa Manager to join our team at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). If you have a passion for beauty, wellness, and providing outstanding customer service, we want to meet you
Duties of the Assistant Spa Manager include:
Drive, monitor and analyze sales performance and productivity through weekly and monthly dashboards and KPIs;
Implement and monitor up-selling strategies to maximize spa and individual team members' daily activity to reach their goals
Promote and develop the brand's visibility through merchandising, marketing, and stock handling
Assist with spa walk-throughs, noting special areas that need cleaning or maintenance attention
Handle administrative tasks, including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory,
