German speaking Technical Support Advisor in Lisbon

As a Technical Support Advisor, you will represent a very well-known car manufacturer who specializes in sports cars. You will receive incoming queries from both customers and dealerships via phone and email, where you will answer and solve technical issues in a timely manner. Updating customers' accounts, registration of operating issues, as well as cross-sales activities will be part of your responsibilities. This luxurious and high-end brand will require someone who is a customer service professional who strives to achieve high client satisfaction.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in GERMAN and English
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Ability to multitask
- Eagerness to learn and develop
The interview process for this role is done remotely via phone and online tests, so no need to come to Lisbon until you are successful Furthermore, there is a fantastic relocation package available for the successful candidate, which includes flight reimbursement and accommodation allowance for the first 3 months.
