Job Description Summary Essential Functions: Manages multiple teams of professional-level employees and/or managers responsible for successful execution of Managed Services client projects at IQVIA. Develops and communicates objectives and priorities and coordinates strategic planning, research, and the tactical development, implementation, and management of deliverables. Manages the implementation of detailed technology services support for clients using both IQVIA and customer products. Offers an in-depth knowledge of the solution implemented and prepares the team to deliver high-quality support. Oversees operational reviews to provide status on overall service activities (First Time Resolution, Turnaround Time, Quality of Resolution). Drives feedback loops with GCC helpdesk and other stakeholders to improve quality of support. Manages and oversees support solutions and ensures any blockers or inefficiencies are addressed in a timely manner. Provides coaching and guidance on job performance and career development to direct reports; models and provides leadership examples for the organization. Essential Skills & Experience: Strong background in support roles, specifically related to clinical trials. Must have prior experience with clinical trials; candidates should not be completely new to this area. Should understand the fundamentals of clinical trials and not be limited to general support tasks. Proven experience providing support in a clinical trial environment is required.
