Service to gain in-depth solution and process expertise with current team; Service to monitor and support requests addressed by Group / entity business team; Service to raise and monitor request addressed tobeqom(solution provider) support team; Service to assist the Product Owner in delivering the roll-in kit for releases/enhancement; Service to interface with the Product Owner to elaborate procedures; Service to interface closely with the internal integration team. What are we looking for? Expertise in a relevant field (e.g. HR, information technology); 2-5 years of expertise in business analysis or consulting; Experience with Beqom; Service with expertise of HR processes and regulations; Service with capability to operate collaboratively in a team environment; Fluent in English (B2+) –Mandatory; Fluent in French - plus.
