Data Mining Research Assistant We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Mining Research Assistant to join our team in Lisbon. This is an excellent opportunity for a student looking to gain practical experience in the field of data mining.

Responsibilities

Conduct data collection and analysis using various tools and techniques

Assist in developing data mining strategies and methodologies

Identify patterns and trends within large datasets

Collaborate with team members to identify research objectives and goals

Prepare reports summarizing findings and recommendations

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, etc.)

Strong interest in data mining and data analysis techniques

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R

Familiarity with SQL databases and data wrangling techniques

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, perfect for students looking to gain hands-on experience in the field. The salary for this position is 1000$ per month, with accommodation provided.
