Properly store food, ingredients, and leftovers at the correct temperatures. Monitor stock levels and report shortages. Rotate stock and assist with receiving deliveries.
Teamwork and communication Collaborate with other cooks and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Communicate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service. Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Supervise kitchen hands if applicable.
