We are waiting for you And so, your career In the meantime, check the opportunity below: Global Finance Project Manager Sodexo has a Global Business Service (GBS) Strategy mostly centralized in 3 Shared Service Centers (SSC) based in Porto, Mumbai and Bogota. Sodexo has launched an ERP replacement program covering across ~ 50 countries, to migrate each to either SAP S/4HANA or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). In the context of such an ambitious program, we are strengthening our Core model and enhancing our enabler feature to optimize our processes Main issue : GPO team is engaged in several project and requires support in coordination and structuring of the project. Current project: Blackline transformation and rollout to new country Invoice management tool implementation in Europe Other projects and initiatives undertaken by GPO team What will you do? Drive project management activities such as: Task Coordination and Resource Allocation: Assigning tasks and efficiently allocating resources. Data analysis: select, produce and present relevant qualitative information to support root cause analysis. Progress Monitoring: Tracking project progress against the plan and timelines. Stakeholder Management: Informing and managing stakeholder expectations and motivation. Communication: Facilitating clear communication among team members and stakeholders with multidisciplinary skills and different cultural backgrounds. Documentation and Reporting: Keeping thorough documentation and providing status reports. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks. Any other equivalent supporting action that may concur to the develop of timely and meaningful projects. Support Finance BPO : In project scoping and Roadmap definition Overview of process KPI and identifying initiative What you'll need to succeed?: Master degree in an area of business administration, engineering or project management. 5 years of professional experience. 3 years experience in similar functions (project management and process owner teams) - Knowledge of Lean principles/tools as PDCA, SIPOC, 5S, etc. (Green/Yellow/Black Belt is a plus). Ability to do data analysis, and reporting and KPls preparation. Digital tech savvy' profile with experience in some of the following tools: Basic user of Sharepoint, Power automate, SmartSheet. Experience in the development of projects with multi-national and high level stakeholders. - Exceptional presentation skills and capabilities to address different levels of the organization. Experience in quickly adapt to new environments, learn new process, and establish connections between them, allowing to connect the organizational and processes web to business outcomes with a critical eye. Experience in services sector is a plus. Basic knowledge on Finance area and Shared Service Centers environment Knowledge in SAP ECC & S/4 Hana architecture is a plus Available to travel occasionally to lead meetings and workshops in other countries What we have to offer you?
