We are looking for a Data Solution Arquitect for a project in Lisbon (hybrid, 3 days/week onsite). Responsibilities: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the Consolidated Sales Volumes Reporting project. Ensure integration, consistency, and quality of data coming from multiple governed sources. Work closely with Sales teams, local and central digital teams, and international sponsors. Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure functional alignment, and clarify objectives. Organize and manage Data-as-a-Service teams, including Technical Architects, Data Engineers, and BI Engineers. Produce and maintain the project plan, ensuring clear, regular, and structured communication with stakeholders. Document logical datasets in the Data Catalog (Collibra) according to the internal framework. Map logical datasets to existing physical datasets and ensure compliance with architecture and governance standards. Identify and document business processes that consume and produce data. Define and register business rules, roles, and responsibilities in the Data Catalog. Ensure all deliverables meet quality, clarity, and visual consistency criteria. Maintain a strong focus on the "internal customer" experience by conducting interviews and ensuring quick and effective responses. Requirements: Bachelor or master's in engineering, Computer Science, Management, or related fields. Preferred certifications in Data Management, Agile, BI, or Cloud (e.G., Collibra, Scrum, Azure/GCP/AWS). More than 5 years of experience in roles such as Data Product Manager, Data Solution Architect, BI/Data Analyst, or Data Manager. Experience with BI platforms, Data Governance, Data Architecture, Cloud Data Platforms, ERP (SAP), SQL, CI/CD, Agile. English and French (fluent – written and spoken, suitable for C-level communication) – mandatory.
