Role Overview: We’re looking for a GEN AI Lead to join our team. Their mission is to design and deliver AI-powered products that drive efficiency, innovation, and business value, in a position that allows you not only to innovate at scale, but also to shape the future of AI in the energy sector and beyond. You will drive the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions across our organization. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise, and is ideal for someone passionate about innovation, data, and emerging technologies. Are you ready to integrate our team? You will have the opportunity to: Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI models and systems; Define the AI strategy aligned with business goals; Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product, Business) to identify opportunities for AI integration; Ensure scalability, performance, and ethical use of AI technologies; Stay up to date with the latest AI research, tools, and trends; Mentor and guide junior team members. What are you like? Proven experience in leading AI/ML projects and teams is valued ; Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Scikit-learn); Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP); Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; Fluency in English.
