You thrive in a collaborative environment where you can leverage your technical expertise and strategic insights to drive project success. With a strong background in managing engineering teams, you excel at organizing complex information into well-documented plans and streamlining processes to enhance efficiency. Your excellent communication skills enable you to facilitate clear and coherent communication between customers and design teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective response to critical needs. You are adept at providing strategic insights and reports to executive leadership, influencing key decision-making processes. Your experience working autonomously with high-level guidance allows you to navigate multiple scenarios and evaluate the best strategies for project success.What You’ll Be Doing:Managing a team of engineers to ensure project milestones are met;Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to create a better customer experience and engagement;Participating in complex block and/or chip planning and architecture studies;Maintaining project plans and resource reports;Ensuring quality compliance based on customer feedback;Coordinating R&D team feedback during pre-sales customer engagements and reviewing statements of work;Strive to enhance operational efficiency and attain the highest standards of quality excellence.The Impact You Will Have:Enhancing customer satisfaction by addressing critical needs and coordinating effective responsesProviding strategic insights and reports to executive leadership, influencing decision-makingStreamlining processes and procedures to improve project management efficiencyEnsuring the successful delivery of mixed-signal IP projectsDriving continuous improvement in design efficiency and quality metricsContributing to the creation of high-performance silicon chips and software contentLeading a team of engineers to achieve project goals and milestonesInfluencing the development process for Mixed Signal ASIC designsWhat You’ll Need:Requires a degree in Electrical Engineering and 15+ years of experience5+ years in a project/program management role, with customer-facing experience as an assetStrong People Management experienceFamiliarity with UNIX operating systems, Jira, MS Project, and MS ExcelGood written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skillsFamiliarity with the development process for Mixed Signal ASIC designs, with a preference for IP-based workWho You Are:Proactive and strategic thinker with the ability to evaluate multiple scenariosDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsExcellent communicator, able to facilitate clear and coherent communication between teams and customersAutonomous worker with the ability to manage projects with minimal oversightTeam leader with strong people management skillsCustomer-focused, dedicated to enhancing customer satisfactionThe Team You’ll Be A Part Of:You will join a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology in chip design and verification.
