Location:Flexible within Europe Project Duration:~12 months Start Date:15th January Engagement:Freelance / Contract The CRM & CRM Data Manager will own Zoho CRM and its data. Mission: continuously find high‑value data sources and keep company and contact data accurate, enriched, and usable for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Summary Administer and optimize Zoho CRM. Ensure CRM data is reliable for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success through clear standards and controls. Responsabilities Map, test, and integrate internal and external data sources into Zoho CRM (events, web forms, product, finance, third‑party data providers). Define and enforce data standards across CRM Objects and Fields. Set up and run ongoing data quality processes: deduplication, validation, enrichment, and regular audits. Build and maintain automated enrichment and refresh flows. Create and track data KPIs (completeness, duplicates, bounce rates, freshness) and address issues promptly. Train users on data-entry best practices and enforce simple, pragmatic data-hygiene rules. Deliver clear Zoho CRM dashboards and reports for pipeline, accounts, and campaign follow‑up. Profile 3+ years working with a CRM, ideally Zoho, in a B2B environment. Strong experience with data cleaning, enrichment, and deduplication. Comfortable working with imports/exports (CSV), basic data manipulation, and API‑based tools. Direct, pragmatic communicator who can challenge teams on data quality and enforce standards.
