Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Mendix application development, with a strong understanding of the Mendix platform and its capabilities. Proven experience in leading Mendix projects from conception to deployment. Strong understanding of the Mendix platform architecture, including domain models, microflows, pages, security, and deployment options. Strong technical skills in REST, Java, SQL, and other related technologies. Familiarity with security practices, performance tuning, and monitoring Experience leading and mentoring development teams is a plus. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. An ability to challenge the status quo where necessary, with tact and diplomacy Certifications: Mendix Advanced Developer certification is highly preferred. Mendix Expert Developer certification is a significant plus. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice to Have: Mendix pluggable widget development Nice to have experience in some, preferably all, of the following: JavaScript/TypeScript/React/Java as well as RDBMS (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle/MS SQL Server) Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. Experience with data analytics and reporting. Experience with enterprise-level application development. #Richemont #WeCraftTheFuture
