The company currently has more than 950 professionals in the different areas in which it operates.Neotalent, the responsive people.Find out more about us atRole Overview:We are looking for aBusiness Analyst for Credit Risk Stress Testingto join one of our biggest clients, a leading global banking group with strong expertise in Finance and Risk, operating worldwide and focused on innovation and regulatory compliance.If you are looking for an opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects in the financial sector, grow with a team of passionate specialists, and make a difference, we have the ideal project for your career.Come energize your future with usLocation:Offices in Lisbon (Colombo) – HybridWhat you will do:• Understand and analyze business needs, specify and test solutions while respecting budget, regulatory, and deadline constraints in an Agile environment• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business contacts and development teams• Participate in producing official stress test results and provide functional support• Propose continuous improvements to ensure maintainability and scalability of systems• Acquire a transversal vision of products and processes within your scopeWhat you are like:• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Information Technology, or Computer Science• 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or functional expert in Credit Risk, IFRS9, Basel regulations, or Stress Tests• Proficiency in SQL and Python (mandatory)• Knowledge of Py Spark and Dataiku (plus)• Familiarity with Agile methodology (plus)• Proficiency in English (C1); French is a plus
