As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. - Take customer orders and deliver food and beverages promptly. - Be knowledgeable about the bar and restaurant menu to provide recommendations and answer questions. - Stay attentive to guests' needs and ensure their satisfaction. - Ensure food is prepared correctly and presented well. - Adhere to proper alcohol handling, restaurant standards, procedures, rules, and health and safety requirements. - Perform shift duties such as polishing glasses, silverware, wiping tables, and maintaining a clean service area. - Deliver checks and collect payments accurately. - Open or close the service area at the beginning and end of each shift. - Maintain the restaurant in perfect condition. - Provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements:
- Organizational skills. - Ability to multitask and work under pressure. - Strong communication skills. - Be a native or fluent English speaker with a C1 level proficiency.
