We are seeking Spanish speakers to work as a Content Moderator to join our client's team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Content Moderator for Spanish market, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and appropriateness of user-generated content for the Spanish market. You will be responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and moderating content to ensure compliance with our client's platform's guidelines and policies.Key Responsibilities: Content Review and Moderation: review user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure compliance with our community guidelines and policies. Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards while adhering to our moderation policies to ensure a positive user experience. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to improve content quality and moderation processes. Shift Work: Participate in a rotational shift pattern, ensuring timely moderation of content. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends, policies, and best practices in content moderation. Requirements: Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) and at least B2 level proficiency in English. Possession of a valid residence permit for Portugal or an EU passport. Expressions of Interest and Job-seeker visas are NOT accepted. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify and address content issues accurately. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team. Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools for content moderation.
