Our teams are organized into 5 expertise areas: Quantitative Finance Risk, Compliance, and Regulatory Operations and Finance Transformation and Organization Information Systems In 2023, Quanteam generated a revenue of €74.6 million. We are looking for aIT Business Analyst. Main Tasks: Bring operational efficiency to the processes through optimization and help in the identification of business impacts caused by the solution, preparing action plans. Collect, analyze and challenge the needs expressed by the business, validating the Business Requirement documents. Liaise with Process Owners and Key users to build/ maintain the Detailed Functional Specifications and Test Plans documents, making sure the Test Plan is followed during test phases. Assist functionally the IT teams during all the project phases. Communicate with internal stakeholders on project status. Main Skills & Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in BA function with strong documentation skills and analysis capacity. Diverse technical knowledge (Automation will be a plus). Knowledge of banking industry will be a plus. Comfortable with basic office tools. Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma will be a plus. Fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency in French is a plus.
