Role: Observability AI Monitoring Engineer Location: Remote, Europe Required skills: 5+ years in Site Reliability/Platform/Observability engineering operating production systems. Hands-on experience with metrics + dashboarding (e.g., Prometheus-compatible stacks and Grafana or equivalent). Practical OpenTelemetry experience (logs/metrics/traces) including collector pipelines and sampling strategies. Proficiency in at least one systems language or scripting language (e.g., Go, Python, C#, or similar) and strong Linux fundamentals. Experience defining SLIs/SLOs, building low-noise alerting, and running an on-call rotation. Ability to design data models for telemetry and drive adoption across multiple teams.
