Title and Summary Senior Technical Program Manager OverviewDynamic Yield by Mastercard is looking for an experienced, creative, and highly motivated Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving complex software initiatives, with deep experience in Jira administration, strong proficiency in Excel, with experience using Tableau and emerging AI-powered reporting solutions.As a Senior TPM, you will work cross-functionally with global stakeholders and internal development teams to ensure flawless execution of technical programs, build alignment across teams and geographies, and continuously refine our program delivery practices.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary Jira administrator — configure and maintain projects, workflows, permissions, automations, dashboards, and reporting to support evolving team needs and delivery processesLead and coordinate programs that span multiple teams, departments, and geographical locations, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and delivery across diverse stakeholdersCreate and maintain reporting tools and dashboards using Excel, Tableau, and AI-based solutions to track program health, resourcing, and performance metricsOwn and drive the full lifecycle of multiple software projects — planning, execution, delivery, and retrospectiveTrack project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; escalate issues proactivelyProvide clear and regular communication to stakeholders, including risk assessments and mitigation plansLead and support quarterly planning processes, creating clarity and visibility across all levels of the organizationServe as an Agile coach for cross-functional teams, helping embed best practices and workflowsIdentify delivery bottlenecks and proactively work with teams to remove roadblocksProvide program management support for specific initiatives or teams as neededCollaborate with engineering teams in support of customer-facing projects — including troubleshooting and progress trackingAbout You3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar program/project leadership roleExpert-level Jira administrator, with hands-on experience configuring complex workflows, project structures, and automationsAdvanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and chartingExperience with Tableau for building interactive dashboards (preferred)Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and cross-regional initiativesFamiliarity with AI-based tools for status tracking and reporting is an advantageProven experience leading Agile programs using Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery modelsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; effective in global, multicultural environmentsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detailSelf-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh proficiency in English (written and spoken)B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must: Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices; Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed; Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.
