We are looking for an experienced planning expert with extensive knowledge in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). This position aids our portfolio planning teams in both onshore and offshore sectors, enhancing process standardization, digitalization, and excellence in strategic planning. Responsibilities Oversee and assist in the formulation of comprehensive planning processes, emphasizing S&OP, IBP, and S&OE frameworks Collaborate with planning teams to balance Portfolio Demand and Supply for Vestas Act as a key interface to Digital Solutions, supporting the digital transformation of planning processes, enabling visibility and decision making Support the development and deployment of planning strategy for Vestas Qualifications Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field +8 years of experience in supply chain planning within a global, complex environment Experience in developing and implementing S&OP and tactical planning processes Proficient analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into actionable planning strategies Experience with digital tools and transformation initiatives in supply chain Fluent in English (spoken and written) Competencies Strategic thinker with a holistic supply chain mindset Proficient in building relationships with stakeholders and working effectively in cross-functional teams Structured and methodical approach to process development Ability to simplify complex challenges and deliver clear, actionable solutions Commitment to innovation and continuous improvement in planning processes What We OfferBecome a member of a global leader in renewable energy and engage with a progressive, visionary team.
