About the role: We are looking for aRed Team Consultantto join our cybersecurity team, focusing on the development and evolution of critical mechanisms for incident detection and mitigation. This role is essential to ensure real-time visibility of attacks on critical assets, strengthening the mission of the Cyber Defense area. Main responsibilities: PerformEthical Hackingfunctions in a Red Team environment to define use cases. Analyze, investigate, implement, and evolve technologies that strengthen security controls and mitigate existing gaps in the architecture. Provide 2nd line support to the SOC for security incident analysis. Support projects from a security consulting perspective, identifying the security requirements that solutions must meet. Your profile: Proven experience inRed Team OperationsandEthical Hacking, with the ability to simulate attacks and identify vulnerabilities in complex environments. Solid knowledge ofIP network architectures, advanced infrastructure, and system integration. Proficiency inoperating systems:LinuxandWindows Server, including configuration, hardening, and troubleshooting. Scripting skills for automation and testing:PowerShellandShell Scripting. Experience withSIEM(preferablyQRadar, or equivalent tools). Familiarity withEDR(e.g.,CrowdStrikeor similar solutions). Knowledge ofCloud Computingand security in hybrid environments. Additional experience valued with offensive security tools such asKali Linux,Burp Suite, and technologies likeKubernetes. Strong analytical skills to investigate incidents, propose solutions, and enhance security controls. Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset to work closely with SOC and project teams. Additional Information: Workplace type: Hybrid (max. of 3 times per week in the office). Location: Picoas, Lisboa.
