We're looking for a KYC Analyst to join our team This role is essential to ensuring high-quality customer documentation review, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination between internal teams. You'll work closely with Front Office, Compliance, and KYC teams to validate information, resolve customer requests, and contribute to a strong control environment while promoting operational excellence. What you'll do: Review and validate customer documentation and regulatory information. Perform standard due diligence checks on new customer and counterparty relationships. Support Front Officers and customers by clarifying requests and providing guidance. Collaborate with KYC teams to gather required information and ensure documentation accuracy. Maintain proper records of all KYC-related activities and ongoing monitoring. Work closely with Compliance to support adherence to internal policies and regulatory expectations. Participate in discussions with cross-functional teams to align KYC activities with business objectives. Contribute to creating an environment that supports team development and clear goal-setting. Technical skills you'll bring: Experience in regulatory analysis, customer documentation review, or KYC/AML processes. Solid understanding of compliance and due diligence fundamentals. Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail. Ability to interpret financial and regulatory information. Good command of MS Office tools. Previous experience in financial services or operational roles is a plus. Language skills: English – Fluent Additional languages are a plus.
