You will be responsible to:: Support the execution of Learning & Development processes (e.g., learning needs analysis, training design, and effectiveness measurement). Participate in L&D projects and initiatives with significant impact on business. Assist in creating training materials, modules, and e-learning content. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging learning resources. Help maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) by uploading courses, tracking progress, and generating reports. Provide basic troubleshooting and learner support for technical issues. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by gathering and analyzing feedback. Participate in L&D projects and governance activities under supervision. Ensure tasks are completed on time and in compliance with internal guidelines and safety standards. We are looking to recruit a Candidate:: Recent graduate or final-year student in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Strong interest in Learning & Development and willingness to learn. Good communication and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office tools. Familiarity with LMS or e-learning tools is a plus (not mandatory). Ability to work collaboratively and pay attention to detail. Fluency in English.
