Responsibilities: Leading cybersecurity projects and teams, from the planning stage to implementation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to clients; Lead and supervise risk assessments, security audits, implementation of security solutions, among others; Developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies tailored to clients' needs; Providing expert advice and technical guidance to teams of junior consultants; Conducting workshops and training to train internal teams and clients in cybersecurity best practices; Preparing and presenting reports and presentations to communicate project results; Keeping abreast of the latest trends, threats and technologies in the field of cybersecurity. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field; 3-6 years of proven professional experience in cybersecurity; Working knowledge of security methodologies and frameworks (e.g. ISO27001, NIST CSF, etc.) as well as associated regulations (e.g. DORA, NIS2, etc.); Experience with security solutions (e.g. SIEM, IAM, etc.); Leadership and team management skills and experience; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO27001, CompTIA Security+) will be valued; Willingness to travel as required.
