This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about finding and attracting the best talent to contribute to our company's growth. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, collaborating with various teams to identify and attract the best candidates.YOUR MISSIONS:Use sourcing methods such as social media and networking to identify and attract potential candidates.Help manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact with the candidate through to onboarding.Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills and suitability.Collaborate with managers to understand specific job requirements and refine shortlists.Creating and publishing job descriptions on various platforms.Coordinating and scheduling interviews.Keeping up-to-date records of candidates in the system.YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field.At least two year's experience in recruiting IT professionals.Fluent in English (mandatory).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to different priorities.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Enthusiastic and proactive attitude.Strong problem-solving skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.Hybrid regime in thePorto or Lisbon office.
