Job purpose We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this critical client-facing role, you will be the expert responsible for guiding and/or executing the seamless flow of client data into the beqom Total Compensation Management SaaS platform. Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and deploying robust data integration solutions tailored to each client's unique HR and financial ecosystem. What will you be doing? Data Analysis and Mapping Analyze Client Data: Work directly with clients to understand their source systems (e.g., HRIS like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.), data structures, and business rules related to compensation, performance, and employee master data. Design Data Flow: Define, document, and validate the end-to-end data integration strategy, including data transformation, cleansing, and mapping from source formats to beqom's required data model. Develop ETL Specifications: Create detailed technical specifications for Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes. Integration Development and Execution API & SFTP Data Integration: Configure and manage data
